How to Use Skype for Your Video Consultation with Dr. Oya

Skype Name For us to conduct a consultation via Skype, we need your Skype username. You can find it by clicking on your profile picture and then looking for “Skype name” further down the page. Your Skype name might be a username you have chosen yourself or a combination of letters and numbers starting with “live:.cid.” followed by about 16 characters.

When Can One Do a Video Consultation? Regardless of which plastic surgery procedure or area you are interested in, you can book a video consultation with us. Sometimes, a follow-up visit at the clinic may be necessary to address additional questions or to conduct a physical examination. This additional visit is free of charge for you.

What Happens After My Video Consultation? After your video consultation, you will have time to consider whether you want to book surgery or not. If you decide to undergo surgery, you can book an appointment directly during the consultation.

Once you have booked your surgery appointment, we will send all relevant information to you, including date, time, payment, and preparations. Please let us know what type of information you prefer to receive and how you would like to receive it – via mail or email.
